Motiva can also provide custom on-site training and mentoring that may be needed to rollout new processes, incorporate myTeam™ into your company processes, etc.

Motiva, as an authorized Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Transition Partner, can provide the needed services for creating motivated teams that plan and track their work, establish goals, and own their processes and plans. Motiva trains executives, managers, and engineers in the skills they need to manage, track, and report software development teams' progress using the SEI's Team Software Process™ (TSP™) and Personal Software Process™ (PSP™) methodologies. Motiva brings to these services over 10 years experience training hundreds of PSP™ engineers and launching/coaching many TSP™ teams.
The PSP™ methodology focuses on process improvement of the individual software developer. Using skills learned in PSP™ Training, engineers develop software using improved methods, enabling them to deliver high quality software in a timely manner. TSP™ extends PSP™ by realizing the potential of teams. A TSP™ Launch is a structured, working session used by teams to plan out their project work. TSP™ project teams strive to consistently produce high quality software on schedule and within budget. Watts Humphrey of the SEI developed these two technologies as an extension to his earlier Capability Maturity Model CMM® work. Thus, the use of these technologies addresses a significant number of CMMI® practice areas.
